Our approach is simple — We help you GROW:
This framework guides all of our offerings, from individual sessions to organizational Interventions, making the path to growth and clarity both accessible and sustainable.
I bring together over 25 years of yoga practice and a Ph.D. in Cognitive, Social and Developmental Psychology to support growth, clarity, and well-being in both personal and professional life. My approach integrates embodied practices—movement, breath, and somatic awareness—with Cognitive Coaching, which applies evidence-informed tools to shift perspective and reframe thought patterns. These methods are not a substitute for psychotherapy or counseling, but can serve as a powerful complement. When deeper clinical support is needed, I can also provide referrals to licensed professionals.
My work in cognitive coaching is shaped by my experience teaching Psychology at the university level, where I taught courses such as Thinking and Memory, Theories of Consciousness, Learning, and Developmental Psychopathology. Like my teaching philosophy, my coaching philosophy emphasizes making complex ideas about the mind clear, relevant, and applicable to everyday life. I encourage clients to approach learning about their own minds as an active process—reflecting on their own thinking, questioning assumptions, and connecting concepts to lived experience. By applying these principles to my yoga and coaching work, I help people engage deeply with both body and mind to create meaningful and lasting transformation.
My background also includes more than two decades in the nonprofit and arts sectors, with five years in HR and operations. Alongside this leadership experience, I bring a deep commitment to cross-cultural competency, shaped through both my research in perception and cultural frameworks and my work in diverse communities. This combination gives me a grounded understanding of organizational dynamics and the unique pressures faced by individuals, teams, leaders, and creative communities.
Across all of these settings, my aim is simple—to help people GROW: Ground the body, Reframe the mind, Open to the present moment, and Welcome lasting transformation.
